Terms of Service

Agreement
By engaging Vital Signals for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed.
Services
Vital Signals provides website visibility and maintenance services for small service businesses, including website builds, local SEO improvements, ongoing care plans, and conversion improvements. The specific deliverables, timeline, and cost are agreed in a written scope of work before any project begins.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your scope of work. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Work may pause on overdue accounts.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own the website content and custom design we produce for you. Third-party software, fonts, and libraries remain subject to their respective licences.
We retain the right to include your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
Limitation of liability
We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or enquiry volumes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Care plan engagements may be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
