Overview

Vital Signals (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website vitalsignals.com.au. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and store it, and your rights regarding that information.

We collect only what we need. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties beyond the service providers listed in this policy.

Information we collect

Enquiry and audit forms. When you submit a contact or audit form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name, and website URL. We also collect your message and any additional details you provide.

Newsletter signups. When you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and record your consent.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) with IP anonymisation enabled. This collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. It does not identify you personally.

Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure collects standard server logs, including IP addresses and request data, for security and operational purposes.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to respond to your request and, where you have consented, to send relevant follow-up communications.

We use audit information to assess your website and prepare a diagnosis report.

We use newsletter information to send the updates you have subscribed to.

We use analytics data to understand how the website is used and where improvements can be made.

Storage and retention

Enquiry and audit data is stored in Supabase and synced to our CRM (HubSpot). We retain this data for as long as the business relationship is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights
